Four things you can
customise
Most buyers start with packaging and end up with a formulation. Both are possible in the same order.
1. The bag
1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, or 1,000 kg jumbo. PP woven with liner, paper-laminated, or aluminium foil for retail-size packs. Printed with your artwork, barcode and regulatory text for your market.
2. The specification
Humic acid from 60% to 95%, K2O from 8% to 12%, solubility target, particle size (flake, 80-100 mesh powder, 2-4 mm granule). If your market registers a specific number, we produce to that number and put it on the COA.
3. The blend
Humate plus fulvic acid, humate on an NPK carrier, humate with micronutrient coating, or a liquid concentrate. Blending is where private label usually creates the most value — a commodity becomes your product.
4. The paperwork
COA per batch, MSDS, ISO and REACH documentation, certificate of origin, and destination-specific certificates where required. Documents are issued in your company name where the destination allows it.

Built for brands,
not for catalogues
Three types of buyer use this service, and each needs something slightly different.
Distributors adding a house brand
You already sell into growers and want a margin that a commodity bag cannot give you. Start with one grade, one bag size, one market — then extend once the sell-through is proven.
Blenders and formulators
You need a consistent input with a fixed specification and a COA that matches it batch after batch. The private-label part is usually just the bag; what matters is the specification discipline behind it.
Brand owners moving from trading company to factory
You have been buying through an intermediary and want to talk to the plant. Expect a plant audit, a sample run and a discussion about batch traceability — all of which we support.
OEM FAQ
What is the minimum order for private-label packing?
The product minimum is 1 MT. For printed bags the minimum depends on the bag type and print method, because the bag factory runs its own minimum. The practical route for most first orders: send us your artwork, we quote plain bags with a printed label first, then move to printed bags once the volume justifies the tooling.
How long does the whole process take?
Artwork check in 2-3 days, a physical sample bag in 5-7 days, then production and packing in 15 days after payment. Printing adds time depending on the bag factory queue — we confirm the schedule in writing before you pay.
Can you blend a custom formulation for us?
Yes. The common requests are humate plus fulvic acid, humate plus NPK carrier, humate with micronutrient coating, and adjusted pH or solubility targets for a specific market. Send the target spec and we will tell you honestly whether it is producible in our line, and at what minimum.
Do you print our brand and keep our formula confidential?
Yes. We produce under your brand only, and we do not resell your formulation or artwork. If you need it, we sign an NDA before the technical discussion — most of our private-label customers ask for one.
What documents come with a private-label shipment?
Batch COA, MSDS, ISO and REACH documentation, commercial invoice and packing list, plus certificate of origin and any destination-specific certificate you need. Tell us the port and the product category at quotation stage so the paperwork is right the first time.
